El Dr. Carlos Valdez es fundador y director de Mercadotecnia y Ventas.com, una plataforma educativa bilingüe dedicada a fortalecer el aprendizaje práctico, crítico y humano en mercadotecnia y ventas en la era de la IA. Es Senior Lecturer y Lead Faculty de Integrated Professional Selling en la University of Central Florida, investigador SoTL, autor del textbook y eBook Integrated Professional Selling: B2B Sales in the Age of AI, y creador del Integrated Professional Selling Lab. Su trabajo prepara a estudiantes, educadores y profesionales para las ventas B2B modernas en la era de la inteligencia artificial. 

Dr. Carlos Valdez is the founder and director of Mercadotecnia y Ventas.com, a bilingual educational platform dedicated to practical, critical, and human-centered learning in marketing and sales in the age of AI. He is a Senior Lecturer and Lead Faculty for Integrated Professional Selling at the University of Central Florida, a SoTL researcher, the author of the textbook and eBook Integrated Professional Selling: B2B Sales in the Age of AI, and the creator of the Integrated Professional Selling Lab. His work prepares students, educators, and professionals for modern B2B sales in the age of artificial intelligence.
