El Dr. Carlos Valdez es fundador y director de Mercadotecnia y Ventas.com, una plataforma educativa bilingüe dedicada a fortalecer el aprendizaje práctico, crítico y humano en mercadotecnia y ventas en la era de la IA. Es Senior Lecturer y Lead Faculty de Integrated Professional Selling en la University of Central Florida, investigador SoTL, autor del textbook y eBook Integrated Professional Selling: B2B Sales in the Age of AI, y creador del Integrated Professional Selling Lab. Su trabajo prepara a estudiantes, educadores y profesionales para las ventas B2B modernas en la era de la inteligencia artificial. 

Dr. Carlos Valdez is the founder and director of Mercadotecnia y Ventas.com, a bilingual educational platform dedicated to practical, critical, and human-centered learning in marketing and sales in the age of AI. He is a Senior Lecturer and Lead Faculty for Integrated Professional Selling at the University of Central Florida, a SoTL researcher, the author of the textbook and eBook Integrated Professional Selling: B2B Sales in the Age of AI, and the creator of the Integrated Professional Selling Lab.
